Paracord care
- Wash in a bucket with mild soap and cool or warm water.
- Use a soft brush to lift dirt.
- Rinse well with clean water.
- Skip harsh detergents and chemicals. These weaken fibres and strip colour.
- Never use bleach or strong cleaners. These damage nylon and fade colour.
- Avoid hot water, dryers, and heaters. Heat weakens paracord.
- Air dry fully before refitting.
- Dry in shade when possible. Bright and neon colours fade faster in sun.
- Remove hardware before washing if possible. This protects metal parts and helps clean deeper.
- For smells or light stains, mix baking soda with water. Rinse after.
Basic care keeps paracord strong and looking good over time.
