Krawlergrips Shipping Info

We do our best to get your gear out the door fast. Here's the rundown:

Custom Orders

  • Processing Time: Custom gear usually ships within 1–7 business days.

  • Delays? If there’s a holdup, we’ll let you know.

Shipping Carrier

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included. You can add signature or not this will be up to you. 

  • Delivery time depends on your location and how Australia Post if behaving.

  • If you're worried about theft or missed deliveries, we strongly recommend selecting signature on delivery or arranging delivery to a secure location.

No Signature? No Responsibility.

If you choose to have your parcel delivered without a signature and it goes missing, that’s on you not us. Once Australia Post marks it as delivered, it’s considered fulfilled on our end.

If you're worried about theft or missed deliveries, we strongly recommend selecting signature on delivery or arranging delivery to a secure location.

Address Accuracy

  • Double-check your address before placing your order.

  • If you give us the wrong one, any replacements or resends will be at your cost.

  • You will have to chase up Australia Post NOT me.

Postage Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95

  • Express Shipping: $13.95 (flat rate, under 5kg)

  • Heavier orders? Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Standard: Usually 5–7 business days from the shipping date

  • Express: 3–6 business days from shipping

  • Tracking is emailed to you check your junk folder if it’s missing.

International Orders

  • We Ship to New Zealand only sorry no where else at this point.

  • If rates aren’t showing at checkout, contact us and we’ll sort you out.

Need Help?

  • If it’s been 10+ days since shipping  from us and your order’s still MIA, email us at info@krawlergrips.com.au with your name and order number.

  • If you're chasing tracking updates, Australia Post is usually your first stop.

  • If needed, we can lodge a complaint on your behalf after you have spoken with Australia Post just send us your complaint reference number.
