Krawlergrips Returns & Exchanges Policy

Custom Grab Handles

Custom colours, sizes, and anything not listed on our website can’t be returned or exchanged. If it's faulty, we’ll replace it no refunds or store credit.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

No returns, no exchanges. All sales are final.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges—no exceptions.

Returns

  • We only offer store credit (no refunds) 

  • There’s a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We film every order being packed so if the item shows up damaged and it wasn't when we sent it, there will be an investigation with Australia Post and there photos as well.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • Returned within 5 days of purchase with tracking number supplied to me.

    • Shipped back at your cost

  • Start the return process by emailing info@krawlergrips.com.au

We recommend using tracked shipping if it goes missing or gets damaged on the way back, we’re not responsible. This will be up to you to contact Australia Post. Not me.

If your return doesn’t meet the conditions above, it won’t be accepted. We’ll let you know if that happens.

Exchanges

  • No exchanges on custom items, including custom grab handles. Anything Custom

  • For eligible items:

    • You’ve got 5 days from delivery ( Australia Post, not when you open the box) to request an exchange.

    • A 15% restocking fee applies.

    • You cover shipping both ways.

Damages & Issues

If something’s not right, let us know straight away so we can sort it out. We stand by what we send.
