Here’s everything you need to know before you hit ‘Order.’

⏳ What’s the turnaround time on my order?

I know the feeling — you’re pumped for new gear and itching to hit the tracks.
At Krawlergrips, most orders are handmade and shipped within 3 business days.
If anything unexpected comes up, you’ll be the first to know no being left in the dark around here. and states the time frame up top of the web page.

Please understand the difference between shipping time and order placed time. Make time is 3 days or more depending on the busy times and the shipping is from the time I drop to the post office not from the time of order.

🎨 Can I pick my own colours?

Absolutely, legend!
Your rig’s an extension of who you are — your gear should be too.
Drop your colour requests in the checkout notes and I’ll braid your handles to match your style.
Because cookie-cutter just isn’t our thing.

🔎 Can you get a colour you don’t normally stock?

I’ll give it a red-hot crack!
If you're chasing something special, I’ll do my best to source it.
Just a heads up — I can’t guarantee external suppliers’ quality, but if I can track it down, I will.
We don’t do half-arsed here.

🛠️ Do you only make what’s on your website?

Nah mate, that’s just the start.
Got a custom idea? Whether it’s bracelets, winch pulls, or something totally out there — I'm all ears.
If you can dream it, there’s a good chance I can weave it.

📏 How do I measure up for my grab handles?

Easy as:

• Measure centre of bolt to centre of bolt on your current handles.

• Add 3-5cm for that perfect comfy grip.
  If you’re not 100% sure, just yell out. I’ll walk you through it — better safe than sorry!

🛠️ Do I need the JDM washers too?

Optional, but bloody good.
My washers and screws aren’t mandatory, but they sure add a clean, tough finish to your setup.
They fit most rigs and make your handles pop without needing extra mods.

🐾 Will you make puppy collars for my litter?

As much as I adore our furry mates — sorry, no puppy collars.
Here’s why:
Paracord’s tough, but not puppy-safe if chewed.
Swallowing strands can seriously mess up their guts (straight from the vet’s mouth).
I reckon it’s better to stick to puppy-safe gear until your little mate grows up.

• Most orders are crafted within 3 business days after you place your order.

• Each handle is braided with care to match your rig, your style, and your adventures ahead.

This isn’t mass production — it’s small-batch, bush-tough gear you can feel the quality in.

🚚 How Does Shipping Work?

Once your order’s braided and battle-ready, it’s dropped off to Australia Post — and that’s where shipping time kicks in.

✅ Shipping Time Starts:

• From the moment I hand it over at the post office, not from when you hit ‘order.’

Australia Post delivery estimates:

• Standard Shipping: Usually 2–8 business days (depending where you are).

• Express Shipping: Usually 1–4 business days (if you need it quick, mate).

Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your gear’s officially on the move!

⚡ Need to Know:

• Your Krawlergrips are made within 3 days of your order — no mucking around.

• Shipping times depend on the postie after I drop it off.

• You'll always get a tracking number — so you can keep an eye on your gear’s journey home.
