Hi, I'm Anita, the founder of Krawlergrips.
I know what it's like getting your rig ready for the next adventure, so I've answered the questions I get asked most often. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to get in touch I'm always happy to help.
How long will my order take?
Every Krawlergrip is handmade to order.
Most orders are made within 3 business days before being packed and sent.
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Estimated shipping times
- Standard Post: 2 to 8 business days
- Express Post: 1 to 4 business days
- Western Australia usually takes a few more days
Please note that shipping times begin once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post.
Can I choose my own colours?
Absolutely.
One of the best things about Krawlergrips is making them your own.
Simply choose your preferred colours when ordering. If you're chasing a colour I don't normally stock, let me know and I'll do my best to source it. Availability can vary depending on suppliers.
Can you make custom gear?
Yes.
If you need a custom size, colour combination or something unique for your build, send me a message.
I enjoy working on custom projects and will let you know what's possible.
How do I measure for grab handles?
It's easy.
Measure from:
Centre of one mounting hole to the centre of the other mounting hole.
Then add approximately 3 to 5cm to allow enough room for your hand to fit comfortably behind the handle.
If you're unsure, send me a photo and your measurements and I'll help you choose the right size.
Do I need washers?
Washers aren't essential for every installation, but they can help provide a cleaner finish depending on your setup.
If you're unsure whether you need them, feel free to ask before ordering.
Do you make puppy collars?
Not at the moment.
Although paracord is incredibly durable, it's not recommended for puppies that are still in the chewing stage.
